Spiritual direction is a way to pay attention to God’s presence, to behold.

In the Bible, the word behold is used to “liven a narrative, change a scene, emphasize an idea, call attention to a detail.” To behold is to look—and to keep looking.

What Is Spiritual Direction?

Spiritual direction is an open, hospitable space to seek God through scripture, contemplative prayer, and God's unique movement in people’s lives. A spiritual director is a companion for your spiritual journey.

Meet Melissa

God has created me to offer others gracious, spacious community through spiritual direction. I am trained as a spiritual director through Selah with Leadership Transformations. I live in Cincinnati, Ohio.

And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
